  • International delivery: 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
  • All orders are sent in plain, unbranded packaging for full discretion.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns Policy

  • Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted once shipped.
  • If your order is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video) and we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit.
  • We do not offer refunds for products seized by customs. Please ensure our products are legal in your country before ordering.
